    Definitely too early with L452R and I'm annoyed that they put out a press release with no data and before we could actually get a close look at what's going on.The concern I have is that they mentioned this was found in three skilled nursing facility outbreaks with 100% attack rates - if true, then absolutely concerning, but I don't know how good the data is.     Actually the Gupta data fell about where I expected. 3-6 fold reduction is not fantastic for B117, but actually could have been worse. EeeK will likely result in a bigger drop I suspect.

    That's a good analogy to flu - and you're right vaccine update will be needed. Just hoping that most humans can mount a good response to K484.
