Where these documents come from
Every document here is a public release of the U.S. Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs — records the Committee subpoenaed and then published in the Chairman's reading room at paul.senate.gov. That is the authoritative source.
This site adds no source documents. It contains nothing that is not already publicly available. No document has been obtained privately, leaked, or supplied by any party, and none has been altered.
What this site adds is access: the 14 released PDFs have been OCRed, split into individual communications, indexed for search, and cross-referenced by person, date and topic. Roughly a fifth of the pages had no machine-readable text at all until that OCR pass, so material that was published but effectively unsearchable is now findable.
No PDFs are hosted here. Every citation links back to the original file on paul.senate.gov, deep-linked to the cited page, so any quotation can be checked against the Committee's own copy rather than ours. Each package's SHA-256 is recorded so a reader can confirm the file analysed was byte-identical to the one published.
Extraction is rule-based and imperfect. Attribution, topic tags and extracted statements are derived by software and are labelled as such throughout — they are pointers into the record, not findings, and the cited page always governs.
