    Yes - I saw the Guardian article. It is good that they make it clear that this is a political angle and doesn't come from the science.

    Agree - The whole notion of precirculation is of course something we offered up in PO1 - who knew that would be subverted to Italy and India [or maybe other countries beginning in I]. Perhaps another paragraph or two for PO2?
