    I can model it - not possible to get a structure. It has probably 5 TM domains, which you expect of a membrane remodeler. The TMpred prediction is underlined and I bolded the "by-eye" most likely TMs. There are three internal domains that are in blue and italicized. There is a large external domain that has several cysteines -dicysteines - it'san uneven number so maybe a metal binding spot. The third external domain has a lot of aromatic amino acids - sodoes the putative fifth TM domain so that's probably the business part of the membrane remodeling. The T492Imutation is shown - it's at the end of the molecule - inside - 4 cysteines that domain could be regulatory.
