I'm looking closely at N357 (SC1 coordinates), which is the one SC2 looses (N370 in SC2 coordinates). The glycanat N357 interacts with the N322 glycan on ACE2. What's interesting here - Rhinolophus macrotis _does_ _not_ haveN322, unlike most other bats and instead has K322. SC1 has a glycan at 109 that is in the other bat Covs except for RaTG13 and Laos bat 52. It also missing in SC2 spike.

Interesting observation. R. macrotis has a wide geographic range.
