Correct - it's all really simple. I do appreciate they addressed the letter using my formal academic title, "Boss Man". Just so it's clear who's the boss here.

@Andrew Rambaut Actually "fun" to read those early posts and this document - the first version of this which appears to have been Feb 1, but maybe a version history wouls be interesting to look at. Pretty intense actually ----but I believe that the two factors that flipped the thinking were the mutational pattern in the RBD showing a likely natural pathway and the plethora of natural FCS and high variability at the S1/S2 junction.
