    Update files here - some of these mutations are interesting. A few convergent mutations with B.1.1.7 / B.1.351 / P.1(like Pooh and Eek) but also some of the usual suspects missing - Doug and Phil are missing, because it sproutedoff a very basal lineage. However, N501Y and del3675-3677 also missing - I bet D614G is required for N501Y...This is one messed up variant - although I'm not sure this is a particularly concerning set of mutations - but :man-shrugging: [shared file(s): Screen Shot 2021-03-25 at 10.52.33 PM.png, tanzania_variant_snps.xlsx]
