Update files here - some of these mutations are interesting. A few convergent mutations with B.1.1.7 / B.1.351 / P.1(like Pooh and Eek) but also some of the usual suspects missing - Doug and Phil are missing, because it sproutedoff a very basal lineage. ... and finally, I should add - several of these mutations appear to be reversions back to bat virus. I'll take a closer look tomorrow. But I'd _does_ bring me back to the speculation of a potential animal reservoir...
