Here's the updated Fig. 1 with the new bat viruses. Also noticed that a few of the new ones have a concentration ofS,T,P around the S1/S2 junction. Interestingly, several have several predicted O-linked glycans. So that's a featureof the site that is independent of the SC2 FCS itself.
