Meanwhile @Andrew Rambaut there's a bit in the Ruff draft that's almost done regarding our friend Yuri of blast alignment fame - can you check for appropriateness?

I'm not sure I've seen the vero cell sequences either. I'll ask Tommy what his plans for it are.
