One letter in question was 14 pages long from Cathy McMorris Rogers addressed to Francis Collins. it contained the most miniscule details about technicalities of grants that was getting to the point that we did not have good oversight of the ecohealth grants and hence the strong implication that we may have supported research that led to SARS-Cov-2.
