ndels/605 I'm wondering if we shouldn't update the INDEL virological post with BA.1 and BA.2. The association of
the Omicron mutations in BA.1 and BA.2 with indels is *even more pronounced*. Started to draft an alignment, but
this should also included Alpha, Beta and Gamma. [shared file(s): image.png]

Also as @Kristian Andersen noted something up with the glycosylation sites. BA.2 loses its first N-linked site (which
is unlike any other variant of concern AFAIK), but interestingly to me BA.2 picks up a predicted O-linked glycan at
349 that is also present in the BANAL viruses.

I missed this note from Ian. He didn't even bring this up once, did he? So just an outright lie? [shared file(s): Screen
