Also as @Kristian Andersen noted something up with the glycosylation sites. BA.2 loses its first N-linked site (whichis unlike any other variant of concern AFAIK), but interestingly to me BA.2 picks up a predicted O-linked glycan at349 that is also present in the BANAL viruses.
