These are, in essence, single-hit replicon viruses that are pseudotyped with the spike like a protein, of different coronaviruses. And they showed that WIV1 could infect and use human H2 receptors. But they also showed that SHC014 could not. So when she provided us with those reagents and we recovered viruses, we showed that SHC014, in fact, could use that human receptors for entry.
