    Looks good and releasing this as raw data a good idea. A few need to be nudged, especially the lowest blue dot nearest to WIV and several of the green ones slightly. Also need to note that some dots outside of Wuhan proper are not shown.

    One problem is the Yangtze river - it's quite massive and not indicated at all in the who map. So the spots are moreor less on the bank of the river i guess. *They could also be nudged a bit though.* When I placed them i think I had the underlaying WHO map a bit more to the left, which would line things up a little better.
