    Shall we ask Mike W if he wants to be an author? I don't think it would be incompatible with his being on the Bloom letter and I think he would see the good science. Would be good to pull over a few Bloom letter peeps.

    Yeah, agreed - let's get some big hitters / CoV folks, but other than that, keep it simple. Mike would be good so wehave some cross-fertilization.
