All this is great work - asec just finished doctorate in nursing at Hopkins - came in and we had a bit of a celebration. Will add what I can.. I G is working on his own response to the Bloomshitters that he will post on virological (makes/corrects a few points in my multi-market post - i've seen a draft and it's as you might guess really well written in his expository way.
