I agree that being able to culture live virus from the environmental samples means Cts in the mid to low 20s. Viable virus clearly - the complete (near complete) genomes from one pass on Vero cells are on GISAID. maybe the the Chinese database too.

Makes me think that 'lineage A' was a different market (possibly A.1 - i.e., WA1 too).
