"No [the tiling stuff] - all that's out, but I'm going to pull it into the Lancet Covid Commission taskforce I'm running. We'll be following up on some of the WHO leads from the report, including on the live animals in the market issue. We're setting up interviews with key people - would you be willing to be one of them - anonymous or on the record. All good. Report will likely be public Friday or Saturday. 8 hour negotiation with China today on language and details. Brutal -scheduled for a 1 hour meeting, starting at 5am my time... the tile patterning will go into Lancet Covid Commission work (report due near end of year). Also spoke to my FBI buddies and will get videos date stamped and geocoding checked etc. might do some stuff with tile measurementsas well. It's almost as fun as actual science!"

He hasn't replied yet to my question about whether the viral load stuff at various markets sites will be in but I assumeit must be otherwise it will be a waste of time. Sounds like this is all due to pushback from China which is why it isgoing into his Lancet report.

Interesting - and definitely a lot of raccoon dogs in that video - civet cats at the market too? I really, really, really hope the viral load stuff will be in there - it's so critical!
