On the deletions delH69 and delV70. I've cut been chatting with Tommy Lam and he says that for the Guangxi pangos they have two viruses: the original sample from the lung has a deletion of these two amino acids. However, the vero cell isolate does not (i.e. has the insertion). Make sense?
