The dates are correct, I think - I don't think those can be wrong, since they're all recorded by the ENA - not thesubmitter.

But the "creation date" is stamped in automatically - I don't think they'd have filled in any of the other information until they submitted the data - but that's a good question for Ewan

All the assemblies are on the CNGB too - but no automatic dates stamped. https://db.cngb.org/search/project/CNP0000881/ (submitter being "Weijun Chen" - but obviously a million people with that name)
