This caught my attention: "The lung isolates indicated two mutations, C14554T (nsp13, L372F) and C23525T (spike, H644Y), compared with the genome of SARS-CoV-2-WIV04 (GISAID: EPI_ISL_402124). The mutation at nsp13 was unique compared with published viral sequences identified by online BLAST. The mutation in the spike gene was located at the end of the S1 region of the spike gene. This mutation was identified using BLAST in SARS-CoV-2 genome sequence isolated from a patient from the United States (GenBank: MT163720). The brain isolates exhibited only one mutation, C23525T (H644Y), at the S1 region of the spike gene." Nobody is perfect and they got the amino acid number wrong. No histadine at 644. C23525T is actually H655Y! You'll recognize that as one of the P.1 mutations.
