    Thanks - This is terrific and a huge amount of work. The differences in nucleotide and amino acid trees in spike and RBD seem to have attracted some attention, which is good. Would like to see a similar analysis of NTD, etc [esp NTD ] like @Andrew Rambaut did in Boni2020.
