This is probably an ignore all the way around for the reasons cited in the general thread. First priority - Let's continue to absolutely bullet-proof those papers and fight like hell to get them into Science. My guess is she will try to contact the editors there and that will indeed be worth a fight. Bottom line is that these 2 papers are devastating to 4$ and the leakers. Let's claim that victory.

@Eddie Holmes - what do you think about the idea of contacting George, complaining about Jesse's imperialist letter, and suggesting that we try to work in parallel. We may not agree on the interpretation of the data but that isOK - we can at least give honest opinions.
