The GOP is harassing me yet again so I had a quick look at our Feb 4 and Feb 6 drafts. This is kinda funny, but inour Feb 4 draft we mention "conspiracy theories" (probably referring to the HIV insertion preprint, but there were alot of other crazy shit out there at the time), however, in our Feb 6 draft we _specifically_ removed that word.So, yet again, we actually did the opposite of what the Leakers are accusing us of.
