    The Edinburgh lawyers are taking the risk of harm approach and are going to refuse to release any emails. It mightgo to the information commissioner but given all the shit that has happened it seems likely to be accepted.

    The lawyer said that even if I had it they wouldn't release it - but they might have had to say they had it which would have sent Drastic nuts.
