    "Labels will be chosen by WHO using lists produced by an algorithm that takes existing words, extracts useful syllables, and recombines them in a combinatorial fashion. The algorithm creates names that are novel (such as Alcanopa, Focanuba or Pomanycus) but will be easier to remember and more practical to use than alphanumerical designations".
