Many of the virus are from PREDICT. But if I look for these viruses online I see no record of them. For example, they mention Coronavirus PREDICT CoV-117 and Coronavirus PREDICT CoV-73 but I can't find any sequence orpublication.

Yup. And in terms of contaminants - many of these show up frequently, especially things like the Human mastadenoviruses

No Bas-Congo Virus? Maybe I'm missing it. The only "human pathogen" discovered by PREDICT doesn't even make the list. How can that be?
