    So for the cage they have no PCR results, but they have sequencing results? I don't quite understand what the yellow/red cells with percentages mean.

    True - that's strange- they must have tried to sequence everything and gotten some sequences from pcr negative samples. Q61 is the same- pcr negative ngs positive - I think we've seen this on occasion in some of the Lassa samples.

    Good point! Diversity yeah - the PCRS for lASV only 70-75% sensitive vs NGS.
