    We've just got a (Sydney hotel quarantine) a lineage B.1.1.4 sequence with EriK. The genome does not contain any other notable mutations or deletions. I have attached the consensus genome here. Seen this before? [shared file(s):21-010-0276.masked.fold.fasta]
