    Yeah, I noticed those weren't fixed - which is interesting. Same for many of the others. WHY CAN'T THIS BE SIMPLE!! Okay, I'll rename Eeek to Erik :disappointed: I do wonder what's going on in nsp6. Sure, could be functional, but could also just be e.g., a recombination hotspotthat tends to obtain an indel during chronic infections. Such a weird virus.
