Even with the incomplete sequence the Yunnan Pango CoV different enough but still clustering closely with the GX Pango CoVs to indicate they likely carry these and spread them amongst themselves in the wild. Interesting to see the new bat viruses including HA363hanging out closest to the GX pango CoVs. Interesting to see CamboBat hanging with the Pango Covs. HA379 maybe the most interesting and important. The New Pango Cambobat CoV plus the new Yunnan Bat CoVs looks to melike it will -or at least should - lay to rest the notion that RaTG13, RmYN02, pango CoVs (GD, GX ) were some sortof elaborate fake genome dump hastily contrived in the weeks after the first SC2 cases emerged to cover up the accidental or deliberated release of the GOF/bioweapons research at WIV.

   Yes Eddie agree those AlphaCoVs are very cool. Important pathogens - dogs, cats, pigs - a parallel universe to the beta covs. But what I *really* want to see are more of the Fish Nidos. I think those are the going to be very informative.
