New complete genome tree inc. the Cambodian and new pangolin sequence which is from Yunnan. The Yunnan pangolin sequence was of low quality. But, even with this it still falls in a very interesting position because it shows this lineage was already present in China (assuming its not from Yunnan customs) and not just imported in from another country. Pretty cool.

    This tree looks a bit weird - perhaps because of whole genome plus recombination. Will try for some individual gene trees.
