@Kristian Andersen Yup. Super interesting - I had never really thought of this as a lineage thing, more as independent events. Strongly suggesting there might be different strains of Ebola virus living in different reservoirs -either due to geographical differences, or differences in the virus host range. This screams for a formal analysis :wink:
