    No. That's not correct at all. They reviewed it. Again, you're asking me to describe NIH policy that occurred behind a closed door. So the details of the discussion about what's gain-of-function or what's not is dependent on NIH. My role is to provide them with the information of what I think. They don't have to accept that at all.

    And Fang Li would've been on it. So there are two Fang Li grants, one that I led that he was co-PI on and one that he led that I was co-PI on. We can provide you with those numbers, but I can't tell you what they are off the top of my head.
