HENDERSON: Just a clarification. On this email that you just reviewed, did you write this? DR. BARIC: I told you, that's, what did they call it, "Deep Throat." MS. SALAZAR: Did you write this? DR. BARIC: No, I did not write it. MR. HENDERSON: Okay. It wasn't clear. DR. BARIC: Let me be clear. One hundred percent certain I did not write that email. MR. HENDERSON: And had you seen it before it was just showed to you? DR. BARIC: No. Jon Cohen actually asked me whether I had written it, and I also told him, no, I did not write it.
