DC.Scheduling@LexitasLegal.com it across the board? DR. BARIC: I don't know about their exemptions. Mine was an individualized exemption. I don't know what theirs were. I didn't receive their paperwork. MS. SALAZAR: And what was the process for seeking an exemption at that time? DR. BARIC: I don't remember that, as well. I can't remember the details of that, as well. All I can tell you is that the exemption was approved right before Christmas of 2014. MS. SALAZAR: Okay. And so back to the mid-February meeting, were they just like, did we review it and we were okay with it? DR. BARIC: No. They knew that they had approved it. Again, I would've expected them to have the documents in the meeting, right. That would have made sense. They didn't have the documents, and I don't know why. MS. SALAZAR: And they didn't seem to be aware of documents? DR. BARIC: No. They were aware that there were documents that existed. They didn't seem to have a copy of them, and that surprised me. So I immediately said, "I'll be glad to send you the copies," and the university did, so we did. MS. SALAZAR: Good thing you guys had a copy.
