Do you know who the others were?
  2. 2026-04-10 09:00 Ralph S. Baric open
I think one group was out of the University of Utah. I can't remember the fellow's name.

Were they individual exemptions, or was DC.Scheduling@LexitasLegal.com it across the board?

I don't know about their exemptions. Mine was an individualized exemption. I don't know what theirs were. I didn't receive their paperwork.

  6. 2026-04-10 09:00 Ralph S. Baric open
I don't remember that, as well. I can't remember the details of that, as well. All I can tell you is that the exemption was approved right before Christmas of 2014.

Okay. And so back to the mid-February meeting, were they just like, did we review it and we were okay with it?
  8. 2026-04-10 09:00 Ralph S. Baric open
No. They knew that they had approved it. Again, I would've expected them to have the documents in the meeting, right. That would have made sense. They didn't have the documents, and I don't know why.
  9. 2026-04-10 09:00 Christina Salazar open
And they didn't seem to be aware of documents?
