So, title something like: Separate Lab Safety assessment from the SARS-CoV-2 origin debate. *OR* Mitigating risksof pathogen research: the SARS-CoV-2 origin debate is a distraction. Could even get more general: Mitigatingpandemic risk and talk about stopping fur farming and regular testing of chicken/pig farms, but that would be diffuseand take away from the lab safety issue.
