So, it turns out these are pooled (10) bat samples from Yunnan and the don't yet have the S1/S2 region. More sequencing being done. Current sequence is very messy. On the plus side because they are pooled some may actually be closer to SC2.

RBD and S1/S2 got to be interesting just based on this.
