It is tempting to try and come up with a counter-scheme - provide a bit of information and see where it pops up. But probably the sensible thing is just to put it in your notes for your memoires

Reading it again, I am can see one deliberately trying to make it sound like bad English. Her emails to Jon Cohen are a lot better written.
