Vilification of scientists and politicization of science. Not smart.

How is it possible that they believe you had anything to do with the Lancet letter?

This is basically an attack on the rights of scientists to say and write what they believe to be true.

I can't quite articulate how angry I am about this: we have every right to express our scientific opinion and every rightto change our views on the basis of new data.

Saw Tony on Rachael Maddow today. Great reporting - Tony gave maybe his best interview ever, which is saying a lot. RM went all the way back to ACT-UP and the initial cases of unusual pneumonia - no not the ones in Wuhan the ones 40 years to the day from the beginning of the AIDS pandemic. Not covered is the fact that Tony saved the mRNA vaccine programs - they we crap - then they got better - then they got amazing. That's all on Tony.

@Kristian Andersen - pretty sure there's a flip side to the horrific Wade and NBC articles - Tony is a legend at NIAID- that's gonna stick for a long time - the heat you got today along with Tony -I think that scientists have a long memory. Being on the same for science not anti-science side can't be a loosing position

Looks like they run about a day later - I'll link - it was inspiring though.
