    Of course the question arises: Act of God or Act of man? And what are the odds that such a leak would occur in acity where there are plumbers?

    If there is only a small chance that the leak is due to plumbers we need to shut them all down. They are all liars andwe can't trust anything they say anyway. Some are even from foreign countries.
