L455F. This is what the person collating the sequences told me: "I just had a quick peek at the Aussie mutation dataI have and dug out the samples that have the L455F mutation. There are 16 in total, all from Victoria, collected onthe following dates: 2020-08-18, 2020-08-20, 2020-08-27, 2020-08-28, 2020-08-29, 2020-08-30, 2020-08-31,2020-09-05, 2020-09-10, 2020-09-11, 2020-09-15. All belong to the D.2 lineage. I've attached a .csv file just in case you wanted to look further at the full suite of mutations in these samples.
