There's definitely something going on re: the market but I can't quite think what. Could just be a direct link or justtying-up loose ends before eliminating it. Daszak says he was going to use the photos for species identification. This leads me to think that the officials must have denied that the species I photographed were ever in the market but that my crappy photos prove otherwise. I also wonder if those 'environmental samples' are actually more informative that we think.
