Thanks Eddie. Here's another version - Gonna go with my own analysis since there are a couple of calls that Bloom2020 makes for interacting residues that are likely wrong, including importantly E484. Something to keep inmind for PO2 since we now have pretty good structures and the contact residues are more than the 6 we highlightedin PO1. [shared file(s): image.png]

    Looking forward to the Weifeng sequences. Will fill more gaps - I should be able to share a draft of "New sequences disprove conspiracy theories of a laboratory-based proximal origin of SARS-CoV-2" over the weekend. Also, and they seem to have made a lesser pick, I'm doing an interview for 60 Minutes Australia tomorrow. I'm assuming they are somewhat credible and I didn't stumble down some "Fox" hole.
