    Indeed, Bannon may be advised not to accept the pardon because it is prima facia evidence that he committed a crime. The can be used to prosecute State crimes not covered by the pardon. This is why Trump did not issue pardons for himself or his spawn.

    I knew pardons don't cover state crimes, but I didn't realize that's why Trump didn't try to self-pardon since thepardon itself could be used against him - very good. I'm sure Manhattan DA is ready...
