@Kristian Andersen @Andrew Rambaut - have you seen any data from the UK about neutralization studies from these variants? It's unclear to me why the data is taking this long, so surely some must have been produced?

@Kristian Andersen Need to very rapidly get the numbers down as we vaccinate. The point is that NPI do get R<1so with vaccine as well it should be possible to avoid escape..

@Kristian Andersen Yes - although I prefer the initial drop of R<1 is done by NPIs first, followed by vaccination -not attempt to do the other way around. We'll learn A LOT from Israel.
