George knew the outbreak several hours earlier than me, midnight December 30, 2019 also from the media. In addition, as you know, what I do is to analyze the genome sequences from BGI and China CDC. I don't know what is going on with the information you sent. I guess it might be a typo. Anyway, I have contacted the collaborator from BGI to give a logical explannation.
