I can confirm that the report is now making the rounds in the upper echelons - how fun. @Robert Garry - let us knowif you hear anything from the State Department... Worth reading the paper a couple of times to be able to respond to offhanded questions should they come up - Isuspect they will, but I have no interest going through additional rounds on this BS.

I passed it onto the Govt. officials here. I'm not going to read it. We simply published a paper on the subject. We are not involved in any of the stuff in China.
